How the System Works:

1. You have many choices

The user logs into the YoFax system to send out a wide variety of generic legal documents or draw from an archive of custom documents supplied by YoFax at an additional cost.

2. Stay informed throughout the entire process

The user can then track and monitor the entire process of the agreement using email reminders that work with Outlook calendar system or refer to an online interface screen. The entire process of tracking and managing legal agreements becomes simpler and more cost effective.

3. Documents suited to your needs

The user can then schedule, personalize and securely distribute multiple copies of the legal contracts or documents for parties involved in an agreement or dispute. Items such as NDAs, Releases, Contracts, etc. could easily work for users not committed to employing a full time lawyer.

4. Confirmation is key

The parties that agree to this document are then able to either make changes or edits to the documents for final approval (legal assistance is provided by YoFax lawyers for an additional hourly rate.) or the document can be signed and faxed back to the YoFax system. The legal documents are certified by a Notary Public and tracked not only electronically but a barcode is used as a reference tag for quick paper based tracking.
