Pizza Hut wanted to produce training materials that could be deployed at the restaurant level to save time and money. Their traditional training methods were very expensive, time consuming and difficult to update and monitor. Brainfood developed an effective and efficient system to train Pizza Hut staff for all of the back-of-house operations and duties. We worked closely with Pizza Hut to create engaging interactive concepts for the training process that emulated the pizza production process.

Brainfood implemented a training system for Pizza Hut that tracked user performance and delivered it via the Internet. User skill-sets and needs-analysis for employees or production processes were flagged if they needed improvement. The system also had built-in diagnostic tools to track learning behaviors down to the question level.


Pizza Hut saved countless dollars on equipment and material costs. In addition, our training saved an incredible amount of employee and management time. The project was widely distributed and adopted at the restaurant level with exceptional results for both the restaurant-level workers and the corporate training division within Pizza Hut.
