Brainfood worked closely with T.G.I. Friday's to clearly understand back-of-house training for their business in order to create the Online Learning Center for their restaraunt staff. T.G.I. Friday's is able to effectively train, monitor and distribute training to all of their units quickly and easily. The system educates and certifies new employees on a majority of the processes in the unit. Training sections included food tempuratures, cooking procedures, storing and packing, cleaning, and food prepration. With these learning tools, employees are able to see their performance on a scorecard to better understand how well they are doing on any computer they are using.


The training system is integrated into every unit of T.G.I. Friday's. New employees are effectively trained on rules and procedures and tracked from one centralized, easy-to-use datacenter. Managers are able to quickly understand where their workers are needing more or less help on their training. The system works both online and remotely in a stand alone mode to ensure that training reaches all of the T.G.I. Friday's units.
