Making all employees partners in knowledge sharing
Yum! Restaurants International (YRI) needed employees and franchisees in offices from London to New Delhi to receive fresh, comprehensive communications and knowledge in an easy to navigate website, one that was easily searchable and just as easily updated.
Communications Portal
YRI had to deal with email communications coming from multiple sources, that then had to be re-routed. We created a Communications Portal page, with a Communications Workflow Manager, that streamlined communications routing and keeps fresh communications in front of all employees.
Simple As Pie Editing
YRI had struggle with using content management systems and complex HTML editors in the past. These were good tools for experts, but it prevented participation in site updates by the people with the knowledge of the business. Our Click2Build tools solved this.
Department Knowledge Sources
YRI needed to organize company knowledge by department, yet have the website be easily navigated and easily searched. We were able to apply our skills in Branding and User Interface Design to develop easily navigated, easliy searched site.
