The Communication Workflow Manager (CWM) makes the effort of tracking and managing news and information a breeze.

How the System Works:

The CWM can accept communications from the field via email which can be managed, approved, and manipulated from a centralized administrator level.

1. Users in the field of your company can send in all sorts of communications into the CWM system.

2. The server then stores and sorts all of these documents for review and manipulation by the CWM content administrator.

3. The CWM content administrator is quickly able to review the documents from within the field.

4. The content is then approved and sorted by the administrator by simply sorting the files into bins for the live site, similar to a web email interface. Files can also be set to appear on a particular date through our calendar component.

5. The content is published on the live site after review and approval.
