New Tomahawk Theme is out!

I would say for the most part it is a step in the right direction. My first few dealings with the Ofbiz system was at the very least frustrating. I would have to navigate through a muddled and confusing interface digging through layer after layer to resolve issues or plug in product images or descriptions. So much like one of the “townfolk” in a western movie, I stepped up to help out. Bruno Busco, a really good guy to work with, had started on a theme called Dropping Crumbs was a move in the right direction. We made significant progress pretty quickly by addressing readability and graphical issues that were hampering the overallusefulness of the back end of Ofbiz.

Peeves and Quirks.

Believe me, I am appreciative of how useful the Ofbiz system is and I would say that is reflected in the efforts that were put into the Tomahawk theme for Ofbiz. Granted, we were able to work out certain interfaces, but some had issues. One peeve that I had was the level of inline css rules there were. UGH! But we made really good ground and like the Ofbiz system, it is an ongoing process. Should see better and better stuff coming out for the backend.
